Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following:

Refusal at delivery

Failure to collect from the delivery office

Unpaid customs charges
We will issue:

A 95% refund of the product value

Postage is non-refundable
-
A 5% fee is deducted to cover packaging waste and carrier return charges to PoleBoxx LTD.
If you would like your items re-sent, new postage costs will apply.
