Then look no further! This is the perfect tool for you.
Instructions: create a D loop like the second image. Place your foot through this loop. Now go for your desired move and instead of scrambling for your foot, just grab the strap. If you can, work your hands up the strap towards your foot. This will give you your desired pole move without the flexibility needed.
A great marker for progress, working towards grabbing that foot in scorpio or cocoon. Or pulling your leg towards your body in Jade.
