As pole dancers our forearms take a beating. Supporting our entire bodyweight in our hands, wrists and forearms can leave us feeling sore the next day.
Rolling out those sore muscles is one of the most joyful pains/relief you can dream of.
This little guy is extra firm to make sure we relieve those arms from built up lactic acid and ensure we’re promoting good circulation to that area.
How to use: place your roller on a table or the floor, rest your forearm on the roller palms facing down and begin to roll. For added pressure lean over the roller with your body and let gravity do the work.
